Hi Racheal, The trick here is going to be finding a case study as we saw in “Land Divided, Coast United.” There’s no way you can cover “countries”—it will have to be one specific case. Also, I’m not sure what the debate is that you’re entering here. This looks like it’s tending more toward a research paper than research essay. You might find a debatable issue in terms of whether countries have sovereignty over their own waste and that sort of thing. Good luck!
