Research Question: What has caused the water shortage on the west coast? Furthermore, how will this water shortage also lead to a food shortage and a major agricultural crisis that will cripple America’s economy in the long run?
Hi Hunter, I’m wondering if you should go back to your Antarctica question. This question is really tending toward a research paper question, not a research essay question.
If you do stick with west coast water shortage, you need to think about what the debate will be that you enter. I could see possibilities in terms of theoretical arguments about human entanglements with the environment—the fact that we are not actually as separate from our environment as we like to think we are, with the water shortage giving us a new vantage point on our inextricability with the environment.
